Made in France, the mat promotes even browning without burning, and easy removal from the pan without sticking. To use, simply place the mat on your baking sheet ??? no greasing required. Place your cookies or pastries on top of the mat and bake in the oven as you normally would. After baking, simply remove the mat, shake it clean and store it away until next time.
